Real Estate Photography

Real estate pros know the value of good photography. Elegant, high-quality images can add thousands of dollars to a property's sale price. But such images don't happen by accident. Mobile phone snapshots or even pictures taken with expensive DSLRs leave a lot to be desired. This is one type of photo you'll have trouble doing on your own.

A powerful, effective Real Estate photo starts with the use of sharp, specialized lenses that can take in an entire room. Also crucial is illuminating every corner of every room, including the corners where light doesn't usually penetrate, while also keeping outdoor light visible through windows from glowing harshly. This typically requires supplemental lighting or merged multiple exposures, or both. Shots also have to be taken from angles that show every room to its best advantage, as well as being neither too high, too low or distorted.
