Real Estate Photography
Real estate pros know the value of good photography. Elegant, high-quality images can add thousands of dollars to a property's sale price. But such images don't happen by accident. Mobile phone snapshots or even pictures taken with expensive DSLRs leave a lot to be desired. This is one type of photo you'll have trouble doing on your own.
We use state-of-the-art specialized real estate photography techniques to provide professional-grade interior and exterior images. Taking multiple bracketed exposures lets us merge shots into HDR images that show a full range of values from the lightest to the darkest parts of a scene. We add supplemental flash where necessary. Matterport 3D scans are also available.
We offer two real estate packages. The 1-hour Basic package, which is suitable for most single-family homes and rental units up to 2 bedrooms, features 25 interior and exterior shots. The 2-hour Pro package includes 50 to 60 interior and exterior shots, and is suitable for properties with 3 to 5 bedrooms. .
