EVENT PHOTO SESSIONS
Our event photography can make just about any business or social gathering more memorable. Photojournalistic-style pictures of speakers, awards presentations and entertainment, as well as overall audience shots, will remind everyone how awesome your event was. Candid or posed pictures of attendees during breaks, meals and receptions will reinforce the memories. Optional photo-booth-style pictures taken with our portable studio lighting equipment in front of your banner or logo will make guests feel like stars on the red carpet.
Likewise for parties, dances, receptions, boat cruises, art openings and other social events. Our candid and spontaneous photos of people having fun help keep the positive vibe alive in the minds of guests. We also cover activities such as dance performances, sports, yoga and fitness.

Our rate of $100 per hour includes posting at least 40 lightly edited images per shooting hour in an elegant online gallery. You can allow your guests to download images free or for a fee, and give them the option to purchase professional-quality prints through an online storefront. Or you can just password protect the gallery and download the images for your own use.
We will arrive 45 to 60 minutes before the start of the event to set up any equipment necessary. Please fill out the form below to provide us with more details about your planned event.
Booking your Session
Once you've sent us the above information, please book your event coverage by choosing one of the following options (links open in new window, please use same name and email as in the above message):
1-hour event coverage ($100, includes posting of at least 40 images in an online gallery).
2-hour event coverage ($200, includes posting of at least 80 images in an online gallery).
3-hour event coverage ($300, includes posting of at least 120 images in an online gallery).
4-hour event coverage ($400, includes posting of at least 160 images in an online gallery).
